At Orca Tech Hub, we provide digital marketing and custom software development services. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a project has commenced or a service has been delivered.
No Refunds Policy
All payments made for our services are non-refundable. This includes:
- Deposits or upfront payments
- Ongoing or monthly service retainers
- Completed project milestones
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, if there is a clear failure to deliver the agreed scope of work, we may review the case and determine whether a partial refund or service credit is appropriate. This is at the sole discretion of Orca Tech Hub.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we strongly encourage you to contact us to resolve the matter before initiating any formal dispute or chargeback process.
